A publicly traded Woodward client inadvertently created a perpetual option as part of a privately placed convertible debt issuance.  A third party fair value of the option was then required to allocate debt proceeds between primary debt and equity for the Company’s audited financial statements, per APB No. 14.  Perpetual options are rare and usually theoretical, for example, Barron’s argued that Lehman Brothers’ stock was essentially a perpetual option as of September 2008.  Woodward successfully valued the perpetual option, communicated with the Company’s auditors and created auditable worksheets, calculations and a report in less than one week—allowing the Company to file its 10-Q on time.  Click here for more information on perpetual options.

From North at the Pennsylvania Turnpike:

Take Route 476 (the Blue Route) south.  Take Exit 3, Swarthmore/Media. Turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp, which is Baltimore Pike.  You will now be proceeding west on Baltimore Pike.

Continue on Baltimore Pike, crossing over/through Route 252.  At the 9th stoplight, 1.6 miles from the bottom of the ramp off of Route 476, you will see a parking garage on your right. This is the intersection of Baltimore Pike and Olive Street (the street sign is not easy to see) turn right.  Proceed two blocks to Front Street and turn right.  Immediately begin seeking parking. Our offices are located on Plum Street, which occurs ½ block after the intersection of Olive Street and Front Street.  We are the first address on Plum Street, which is a paved, brick walkway. Our address plate clearly marks the buildings and you will recognize the buildings by the copper roof over the porches; wrought iron railings; and black door.

From Philadelphia and Points North:

Take I-95 South to Route 476 (the Blue Route) North.  Take Exit 3, Swarthmore - Media. Turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp, which is Baltimore Pike.  You will now be proceeding west on Baltimore Pike. Follow directions in bold, above.

From Baltimore and points South:

Take I-95 North to Route 476 (the Blue Route) North.  Take Exit 3, Swarthmore, Media.  Turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp, which is Baltimore Pike.  You will now be proceeding west on Baltimore Pike. Follow directions in bold, above.
